Choice of subjects for video : his work covers extensively the themes of happiness and wisdom with in particular "A Venir le Monde Sage": an exhibition concept, access to culture for people with limited accessibility, projects for a Culture of Peace, with most recently Jeunes du Monde (World Youth) supported by Unesco. Through these actions and his work on these projects, he continues his own creation, transposing the vibration of these themes (wisdom, peace, transformation, music, childhood, manipulation). PIEL uses new technologies in the service of feeling; feeling; an act which well describes his creations both past and to come. There is one path he walks towards others, bringing his knowledge to the support of causes and another inner artistic path, but of course this is not all and this is his story in action. C Yvans The major axis of my work is based on poetry, on my feelings, via a search for forms and colours. But just as important is my work with black and white, and contrast... seeking counterpoint, musicality and harmony. As passionate about tradition as artistic innovation, my energy is devoted to a concept of Total Art, which brings together living painting, music, audiovisual and new technologies. I am a story-teller, sometimes of abstract stories, but I leave each person free to recreate the scenes which are sometimes suggested (fleeting and evanescent), sometimes more explicit, but always with the desire to pass on a clear message and some of my values. Graphical research, musical research... an idea germinates... the means of touching it, reaching it, are multiple. For the main part I use already filmed images (DvCam or HD) sometimes filmed a long time ago (Dv, VHS or Super8). I sometimes draw from film archives now free of copyright or family films (le Pantin, All of ....and le Bonheur de Créer tout ça). And so I create from all these sources, mixing and transforming them... and always to music. Il vit, au présent un scénario du choix, du choix du chemin : vivre à la campagne, avec une compagne de sagesse, avec elle, construire, reconstruire, sa base, dans un village très loin du bizness, construire aussi son intérieur d'esprit, de calme, d'action pour un monde Autrement... Choix des sujets de vidéo : il travaille longtemps sur l'idée de bonheur, sur la sagesse avec notamment "A Venir le Monde Sage" : un concept d'exposition, sur l'accès à la culture pour les handicapés, sur des projets de culture de Paix, avec Jeunes du Monde soutenu par l'Unesco. Partant de ces actions et travaux, sur ces projets, il continue dans sa création, à transposer la vibration de ces thèmes. PIEL utilise les nouvelles technologies au service d'une idée de ressenti, le ressenti, un acte qui définit bien ses créations déjà faite et à venir. Il y a une marche vers les autres en apportant son savoir pour des causes et une marche intérieure artistique mais bien sur, pas seulement, et c'est là l'acte de son histoire.
